Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
VALIDITY
Customers are eligible for 100% of their first order back provided the terms below are met and they have not received free ATHON apparel via a promotion order.
Return Requirement
If you decide to return the product after trying the first can, you must save the remaining cans in good condition. ATHON Energy may request up to eleven (11) cans to be returned. Returned cans must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds are only available for up to two (2) cases of twelve (12) cans (24 cans total) and only on your first order.
Return Period
You must initiate the return process within ten (10) days from the date of receiving the product. The return must be completed, and the product must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of initiating the return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased directly from ATHON Energy's official Shopify store.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must visit our Returns Page, complete the Return Form, and include a detailed reason for the return. You will be required to provide:
- Your order number.
- A valid email address.
- Photos of the cans you intend to return.
Shipping Label
Within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your completed Return Form and verifying the provided information, ATHON Energy will send you a prepaid shipping label for returning up to eleven (11) cans. You must ship the product within ten (10) days of receiving the shipping label to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for securely packaging the cans to prevent damage during transit. ATHON Energy will not be responsible for any damages incurred during the return shipment. It is recommended to use the original packaging and additional protective materials as needed.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receipt of the returned product, ATHON Energy will inspect the cans to ensure they meet the return requirements. This inspection process may take up to ten (10) business days. If the returned product meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) business days after the inspection.
Discretionary Denial
ATHON Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny a money back guarantee if any fraudulent or suspicious behavior is suspected. Reasons for denial may include but are not limited to:
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided during the return process.
- Evidence of tampering or misuse of the product.
- Repeated return requests from the same customer.
In the event of a denial, ATHON Energy will send an email explaining the decision. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
Damaged in Transit
If the cans were damaged during transit to you, you must submit a picture of the damaged items within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. ATHON Energy will send a replacement at no additional cost after verifying the damage. Returns for products damaged in transit to you are not eligible for a refund but for replacement only.
Final Sale Items
All items are considered final sale unless explicitly indicated otherwise in the product description. Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please carefully review the product details before making a purchase.

Important Notes
Returns that do not meet the specified criteria will be ineligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
ATHON Energy is not responsible for return shipping costs if you choose not to use the provided shipping label.
Any disputes regarding the return process or decisions made by ATHON Energy must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within thirty (30) days of the decision.
